I have been a strong advocate for Silver Fox for several years now. We have always received excellent customer service. Pricing, availability, and technical support have always been communicated in a timely fashion. Product quality control and tracking programs are both in place and available. When I order products I don’t feel like I’m not just calling a vendor, I feel like I’m calling someone I know and have great communication with. I have always received technical support when needed on the products as well as on basic oilfield knowledge. Silver Fox also has always been open to feedback on products and improvements. I feel that as our business grows we would streamline our purchasing and as Silver Fox grows and adapts to new product requests we would continue to purchase Silver Fox products and consider them our number one supplier for our conventional needs. Over the past 13 years I have had the experience in dealing with Silver-Fox Coatings for a variety of coatings of our products. Not only is Silver-Fox the leader in Boronzing products, but the customer service is outstanding. Silver-Fox is accommodating for schedule changes, last minute updates, quick communication responses and fast turnarounds. Silver-Fox can accommodate all this without sacrificing quality. I have never run into a situation where quality was an issue, Silver-Fox has always performed well.
